NullClaw is open-source software. The core runtime and documentation are released under the MIT License and/or the Apache License 2.0. You are responsible for the actions of any AI assistants you deploy using NullClaw. You agree not to use NullClaw to:

  • Generate content that promotes illegal acts, violence, or hate speech.
  • Conduct unauthorized surveillance or bypass security controls on any system.
  • Violate the intellectual property or privacy rights of third parties.
  • Distribute malware or coordinate cyberattacks.

3. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. 4. Infrastructure vs. Content

NullClaw provides the infrastructure for AI agents. We do not control, monitor, or endorse the content or logic generated by the LLMs you connect to the system. You are solely responsible for verifying the output of your assistants before it is acted upon.

As an open-source project, NullClaw evolves rapidly. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time by updating this page. Your continued use of the website or software following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
